Vietnam Airlines Starts Denpasar Flights in June

Vietnam Airlines will begin flights to Denpasar (DPS) on June 1, 2025, using an Airbus 321-200 to operate the initial four weekly roundtrips.

Filings show the airline plans to operate the flights during the daytime, with mid-morning departures from Ho Chi Minh (SGN) every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, for a mid-afternoon arrival at Denpasar.

After a one-hour turnaround, the return service to Ho Chi Minh will push back, arriving in Vietnam early in the evening.

The service frequency will increase to once per day from July 1.

Denpasar will be Vietnam Airlines' second Indonesian destination. It already flies between Ho Chi Minh and Jakarta (CGK).

Vietnam Airlines will compete against VietJet on the Ho Chi Minh – Denpasar route.
