Asiana Airlines will resume scheduled Airbus 380-800 flights to Sydney in October 2025.
Recent schedule updates indicate the 495-passenger aircraft will replace the Boeing 777-200ER operating the daily Seoul Incheon (ICN) – Sydney (SYD) roundtrips over the 2025 Australian winter.
According to the updates, the 380-800 aircraft will take over OZ601 to Sydney and OZ602 to Seoul on October 6.
Seoul – Sydney is Asiana’s only Australian route. However, it competes with Korean Air, t’way Air, and Jetstar Airways on the city pair.
